I can’t tell you how glad we are that we chose him.
Given our budget, we were reluctant to spend on a photographer, but we also knew we would regret it if we didn’t have a good set of photos. We wanted natural photos, not posed stiff ones, and Simon’s portfolio looked beautifully quirky.

We cannot recommend Simon enough!
Having a small, intimate wedding, we were cautious that having a formal photographer might spoil the atmosphere but Simon was extremely discrete, managing to capture it all without us hardly noticing he was there!
We absolutely love our photos. Simon has a true talent for capturing natural, subtle moments, with beautiful light, colour and context.
Genuine interesting photos, which I personally feel is quite rare in wedding photography!

Where do we start?! Simon was so relaxed and unflappable.
As plenty of people surely say, neither of us love having our photo taken, but Simon has a calming approach and doesn’t demand anything of you that you don’t want or aren’t comfortable with. We have beautiful, natural photos that captured the day just as it unfolded. Simon is professional, friendly and so very talented. So many of our friends and family have commented on how wonderful the photos are, with some saying they are the best wedding photos they have seen!

One of the best decisions we made!
Choosing Simon as our wedding photographer was one of the best decisions we made. We were drawn to his documentary style as neither of us are particular fans of posing for photos!
On the day Simon really took his time to understand the venue and where he would look for us to have photos throughout the day. We have no idea how he did it, but he managed to be in all the right places at the right time and (in the best way possible) we didn’t notice at all!
