“You have no idea how much I love these photos. I really wanted some photographs of me with the boys while they’re still young, carefree, and want to play with me in the forest!

Family Photoshoot at Blidworth Woods, Nottinghamshire

I recently met up with Ed Godden for a photoshoot with his two boys, Jesse and Jonah in Blidworth Woods. 

Ed is a world class wedding photographer himself, so it was good to get him out from behind the camera and making some memories with his nature loving & chaotic boys. Climbing trees, playing in dens, doing the forest thing.  Nottinghamshire’s woodland is the ideal location for pretending you’re Robin Hood and his band of merry men. 

All shot on 35mm, a mix of Leica and Nikon film cameras, Portra 400 and Tri-x.
