INVESTMENT

To ensure every story gets my undivided focus, I only take on 25 weddings a year. Most couples invest between £1,750 and £3,000 for their documentary coverage and albums.

Get in touch – I’d love to hear about your plans.  Availability is unpredictable – some dates book up a year or two in advance and I’d encourage you to get in touch sooner rather than later.

This is also the point where I remind you that after the cake is eaten, after the flowers have wilted away everything is transitory – apart from great art, literature, music and photography.

Half day

For the couple who value simple coverage of their day, without the bells and whistles.

I arrive before the dress goes on and I stay until the meal starts. 300+ fully edited images delivered in a private online gallery, plus a curated box of 5 fine art prints to keep. Popular Extras – add a fine art album or coffee table book as a tangible memento of the story of your day.

Extras

I realise that all weddings are unique, so there is also the option to add extras onto your packages to create something truly bespoke. Whether you’re having a larger wedding and would like a second photographer to capture more of the action, an engagement shoot to get some images of the two of you.

I love creating tangible records of weddings and don’t really see my job complete until a couple have a fine art album or coffee table book in their hands.

I can also supply parent books, additional print boxes or even mix 35mm film into your wedding day.

Albums & Books

I’ve always thought of myself as a storyteller first. And whilst some of the portraits might look good on a wall, a wall isn’t really where
stories live. A book is.

When you sequence photographs well – when one image leads naturally into the next, when the pacing breathes and the quieter moments sit alongside the bigger ones – you get something that a gallery or a hard drive can’t give you. You get the whole thing. The day as it actually felt, from start to finish, every layer of it.

I use Folio Albums. They’re handcrafted in Yorkshire, hand-bound, printed on archival fine art paper, and built to last considerably longer than either of us. They open completely flat. The images bleed edge to edge. Nothing gets in the way of the photographs.

After your wedding you’ll select your favourite images and I’ll design the book and send you a proof to review. We’ll refine it until it’s right, then it goes to print.

THE FINE ART FOLIO

30 pages, 15 spreads, printed on art white paper with cover debossing or embossing. A proper object. The kind of thing you take off the shelf and hand to people.

THE COFFEE TABLE BOOK

Available as an add-on to any package — A4 portrait format, 25 spreads o f premium fine art matte paper, with a screen-printed fabric cover and matching slipcase. Bold, beautiful, and made to be left out rather than put away.
